The commercial model
A share of enrollment revenue, or licensed delivery at a per-cohort fee once your instructors are certified — whichever fits how you already sell. Corporate training brought by you is commissioned separately. The split is in your agreement.

Can we adapt the curriculum locally?
Context, examples and sector framing, yes — that is usually what makes it land. The assessed outcomes stay fixed, because that is what the certificate means.
